The Villas of the Archipelago

Nature protagonist in the new villas under construction between Santa Teresa di Gallura and Palau

The Sardinian coast, alternating its dense and fragrant vegetation with irregularly shaped granite rocks, offers natural shelters that hide uncontaminated treasures. This is how the large land in Porto Pozzo must have appeared to the architect Julio César Ayllón, in the extreme interior of a long natural bay overlooking the island of Spargi and which will host a residential subdivision, consisting of twenty-one villas. Facing the sea, the hamlet Conca Verde is framed on the left and the peninsula of La Coluccia, a WWF reserve park, on the right. Touched by so much beauty, the architect based the project on minimum environmental impact. The villas will in fact be built in class A2 thanks to the choice of construction solutions and materials capable of guaranteeing excellent insulation and photovoltaic panels that reduce energy needs to a minimum. The integration with the surrounding nature also arises from the adaptation of the typical buildings of the place with the use of large windows, capable of immersing you in the hypnotic and iridescent landscape at various times of the day. Each residence has large internal spaces with living areas and comfortable kitchens, with a minimum of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, is composed of a single level above ground and offers pleasantly habitable environments in every season of the year. The outdoor area has been well organized to have large and comfortable spaces together with the swimming pool that each unit is equipped with.

The large windows of the living rooms will be protected by the overhang of the roofing terraces, forming small hanging gardens. The houses are designed for living in the great outdoors, real living areas equipped with kitchens equipped with barbecues and protected by flat roofs and pergolas, the latter made with chestnut beams as well as the two parking spaces. The boundary walls will be made of local stone and surrounded by hedges and dense shrubs to be able to screen and give the right privacy to each villa. From the Villas it will be possible to walk to all the services offered by the town of Porto Pozzo, restaurants, bars, supermarket and many other services including the pharmacy, furthermore, always at a pedestrian distance (300 meters) you can reach the beaches and the modern tourist port. and equipped and undergoing expansion from which in a few minutes it is possible to reach the islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago. Olbia airport and the ports of Olbia and Golfo Aranci are 45 km away, Palau 8 km, Porto Cervo 25 km.

The villas are currently under construction and their delivery is scheduled for the end of 2025.
